When you finally make the commitment to both yourself and your family to become debt free our debt settlement program is quite simple. We will negotiate the balances that you currently owe and reduce your debts by an estimated 40-60%. Your debts will be negotiated by a licensed member of the International Association of Professional Debt Arbitrators that is employed by our firm.

We will work within your budget to come up with a monthly payment that you can handle. After enrollment we will contact all of your creditors individually and make them aware we are representing you. We will work diligently with both yourself and your creditors until you have reached your goal of becoming debt FREE. Once a creditor has agreed to a settlement amount, we will present you with the offer. Once you sign off we will instruct you where to forward the funds. Once that debt is paid you are absolved of the obligation forever. We will then continue that process until you are debt free. Remember….we work for you, not your creditors.
